Rolling in at ZR Team Lviv

After a week of hard work on establishing cross-border cooperation between Ukrainen and Hungarian communities along the border, the most appropriate close is to visit ZR Team in Lviv and celebrate with Ukrainen-Hungarian rolls. During the project on the border I learned a lot about Ukrainen communities’ life, and here I experienced how a smaller team works. I learned at both places: about governance approaches and development obstacles on the field, and close guard and amerikaner here. I love my work. In each project you get close to new people during the meetings, trainings and long talks, but the welcome you feel and the closeness you establish rolling is something different. 🙂
