Exiciting wrestling seminar in the Növényi Academy in Sopron.

The participants: Klinga László (75) seminar leader, Kovács Zoltán (60) seminar participant, Szabó Marcell (50) assistant coach for the seminar, Gerse János (63) observer because of injury. The common roots: in Ferencváros Competitive Wrestling Academy, 40 years ago.

Main messagges from the seminar: The drills are more effective when combined in complex movements. Free style wrestling technics are usefull and suprising in MMA and BJJ. Percise technics, speed and timing are keys to success.

And the most important message: there is life on the mat as long as we go.
