I have travelled on a sinuous path, finding love, family and BJJ later than most others, and going through many curves and loops in my career. I have worked for 30 years advising and educating leaders and organizations in 15 countries on how to build democracy, develop cities, organizations, how to help systems emerge where stakeholders cooperate for their common benefit. Freedom, curiosity, openness and integrity leads me and has lead me to leadership and integrity management as an actual focus in my work.
